Do you mean any new meta written during the MMM Challenge? Because if so, it could certainly be posted on Dreamwidth. But yes, the focus of the challenge is to increase the availability of meta on AO3 as a second source for it, and that would apply both to old meta being copied over as well as new meta being created.
