March Meta Matters Challenge, First Writing Prompt

Hello everyone! It's check-in time again to see how we're all getting along with our meta importing.

It's also time for your first writing prompt! Are there any fandoms you could write a crossover meta for? This could be:

* similar story patterns
* particular characters or pairings who are similar
* themes or moods
* potential for a canon crossover

Writing new meta this month is optional. If you do write something though, share a link to it in a future check-in post!

I wrote some new meta yesterday, and am currently writing a review update. I also hope to write a new TV show review this week.

I have a definite idea for the meta prompt but it may involve rewatching episodes, so not quick. My goal is to finish it this month though.

Meta archiving is chugging along, and I also wrote some new stuff! So I'm feeling pretty good about my progress at the moment.

Given that I've written a bunch of crossovers, I could definitely find stuff to say about them, both in general and in terms of specific fandoms.

It's also interesting to think about different strains or sub-canons within a larger fandom, and how they interact, such as Star Wars, where you have movie canon, Disney Expanded Universe and old EU/Legends set in the same universe and often featuring the same characters and events, but taking them in different directions. In a similar vein, comparing different retellings of the same story across adaptations could be fun.
